Eligibility Regulations as Stipulated by the Berks-Inter County Youth Football & Cheerleading League

These regulations are set forth by the By-Laws of the BICYL (Berks Inter-County Youth League) and govern all Youth Football Players & Youth Cheerleaders from all schools within the league. In addition to meeting the age requirements for each level, players, coaches, and parents are required to abide by the Code of Conduct for both the Mifflin Broncos Athletic Association as well as the BICYL Code of Conduct as set forth in the BICYL By-Laws. When you registered online, you agreed to the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct may also be printed by clicking on the link.
